Carts History

View history of all shared carts and their performance.

Accessing​

  1. Go to Apps > Share Cart
  2. Click Carts in sidebar

Cart List​

Each entry shows:

  • Date Shared - When cart was created
  • Customer - Name/email or "Guest"
  • Items - Number of products
  • Cart Value - Total at time of share
  • Opens - Times link was clicked
  • Status - Not opened / Opened / Converted

Filtering & Sorting​

Sort by:

  • Date (newest/oldest)
  • Opens (most/least)
  • Cart value (highest/lowest)

Filter by:

  • Date range
  • Customer type (guest/logged-in)
  • Status
  • Platform used
  • Location

Cart Details​

Click any cart to see:

  • Full cart information
  • Complete item list with quantities
  • Custom notes (if added)
  • Share activity timeline
  • Related orders (if converted)

Search by:

  • Customer name or email
  • Cart ID
  • Product name or SKU
  • Location (city, state, country)

Bulk Actions​

Select multiple carts to:

  • Export as CSV
  • Delete permanently
  • Add custom tags

Data Retention​

Cart data is kept for 12 months by default. Converted carts are retained indefinitely.
